The firm Ditta Calza is the European leader in Kid goat, lamb and calf paste rennet. We produce also a wide range of animal lipases.

We produce also: microbial rennet and lipases, pure chymosin, starter cultures, cheese flavourant, anti-caking agents for grated cheeses (neutral and flavoured), cheese surface treatments, colouring and bleaching agents. Chemical dairy ingredients.

Our main market is in Europe, we are developing a good presence in other continents. In order to increase this presence we are alwaysd looking for new distributors where we are not directly active.
